Effective acne face wash and eat rosein acne

Contrary to popular belief, acne is not caused by eating greasy, fried, fatty and sugary foods. While it can be exacerbated by a poor diet, acne is actually caused by bacteria which feed off of the sebum produced in hair follicles. The body's immune system, in an effort to kill the bacteria, damages the walls of the hair follicle which allows the sebum to leak into the skin forming a pimple.
In order to have a acne free skin, you need to have adequate amount of vitamin A in your body. The lack of it will only cause your face to get more acne spots. Natural vitamin A, when taken in instructed amount, provides the effects of Accutane and other isotretinoin on your acne condition. For your information, Accutane and other isotretinoins are very effective in treating acne, but the problem is just that they carry a lot of side effects such as joint paint, hair loss and deteriorated liver functionality. However, if you eat a lot of carrots (a great source of vitamin A) you will get the acne fighting properties Accutane has without those ugly side effects.
It is recommended to wash your face no more than two times a day. Avoid washing your face too often, or scrubbing too hard. Expose your face to plenty of sun and air. You should use a mild cleanser on your face and other acne-prone areas. It doesn't matter what your goals are most of the principles are the same whether you want to lose one juicy zit or whole array of blemishes; whether you want to star on a magazine cover or simply go on a date without tons of makeup; whether you want to perform in public or you just want to look good on a beach, wearing just a sun block and a lip gloss on your face.
